Objective of the role:
This role is for our Technology for Effective HR solution area. The objective of this role is to drive implementation of the HRMS platform of our partner. The role would entail – building strong relationships with clients; coordination with other teams to ensure smooth implementation; overseeing the PMO and managing the project team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Implementation Consultants and a portfolio of projects assigned to them and ensure their successful and on-time delivery. Monitor and mentor the team to help them deliver
- Manage any escalations from the client or internal stakeholders in the due course of the project and resolve issues.
- After a deal is closed, coordinate with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to ensure a seamless knowledge transfer takes place with respect to the scope, clients’ processes, their stakeholders, and expectations.
- Supervise drafting of detailed project plan; track milestones, and ensure delivery as per timelines.
- Monitor and ensure the highest levels of integrity in processes and policies both internally as well for the client.
- Ensure seamless change management. Manage and align stakeholders internally as well as externally specifically the client leadership including the CXOs. Be the first and primary point of contact for these accounts/clients.
- Provide complete support and oversight throughout the project till go live
- Assess and outline the ROI on the implementation of platform. Evaluate the project in terms of quality, speed, and customer delight.
- After successful delivery of the project, ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success team.
- Ensure that the financial milestones are met. For instance, ensuring that the billing of implementation is done before a project goes live.
- Identify opportunities for upselling across projects during the implementation process.
Requirements:
- BE/BTech with strong academic performance. MBA/PGDM would be preferred
- 6+ years of experience in implementing HRMS project, 2+ years of team management experience
- Ability to work with complex data-sets, validate data, use tools like MS Excel, power point and Power BI
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders like CXOs will be an added advantage.
