Objective of the role:

This role is for our Technology for Effective HR solution area. The objective of this role is to drive implementation of the HRMS platform of our partner.  The role would entail – building strong relationships with clients; working in close coordination with other teams to ensure smooth implementation; managing the PMO and ensuring effective change management and communication. This is a techno-functional role at an individual contributor level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects assigned to ensure their successful and on-time delivery 
  • Draft detailed project plans; track progress by milestone, ensure timelines are met
  • Plan and lead working sessions with the client to map the business and HR processes of the clients that will have to be managed using the platform in detail.
  • Be the first and primary point of contact for the assigned clients. Cultivate and maintain a trusted partnership with the client.
  • Understand business requirements, derive solutions that can align the business requirement with the technical feasibility of the platform, identify gaps, share detailed use-cases and specifications with the Product team for any enhancements needed, and outline the to-be state of processes after requirement is implemented. 
  • Set-up proof of concept for the clients and get sign-off from the stakeholders on the to-be processes. 
  • Conduct training and provide support needed to the key users
  • Guide the client through the go-live/launch phase and work with the Customer Experience teams to drive adoption
  • Prepare documentation to hand over the account to Customer Success team after go live
  • Drive continuous improvements across projects and propose improvements on the overall processes and mechanisms in place. 

Requirements:

Must have:

  • BE/BTech
  • 4+ years of experience in HRMS implementation roles.
  • Strong understanding of technology systems; including HRMS system
  • Fluency in usage of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently

Good to have but not mandatory:

  • MBA/PGDM
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools
