Objective of the role:
The objective of this role is to drive development and deployment of our solutions across Employee productivity and performance, D&I, including Talent development. The role would entail – building compelling solution proposition suited to the client’s requirement; deploying these solutions in the client organization; managing the work of team (as the case may be) and demonstrating strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing strong proposal and pitch documents keeping in mind the client’s requirement
• Preparing and adhering to Project Plan to manage on going project
• Conduct Business process/As is mapping, and To-be design by facilitating sessions/conversations/interactions with client and their employees
• Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and managing change communication
• Prepare documentation to hand over the account to client after completion of project
• Actively analyse the market for modifications in the existing solution offering
Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM preferably in HR with preferably BE/BTech/psychology at bachelors level
• 4+ years of experience in HR consulting/transformation & change management
• Strong knowledge of using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and online facilitation tools
• Impactful written and presentation skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently is expected
• Familiarity with Project Management tools would be a plus
• Familiarity of managing people would be an advantage but not mandatory
